We have experienced and highly trained rangers who facilitate most of our excursions to put our guests at ease whilst enjoying their activities.

All food related orders and activity slots need to be pre-booked and paid for atleast 7 days prior to check-in.
Please ensure we receive your proof of payment to ensure your orders are in and activities are booked.
No refunds or exchanges on food or activities once paid for.
Kindly note, should guests be late for their activities, no alternative slots will be made available and no refunds
